Emy is named for my sister-in-law, who I met and immediately fell in love with on our last trip to see our family, in Winnipeg. I needed something interesting but not too challenging for the flight, something that changed just often enough to stay engaging but was also easily memorized and would allow me to use up every last inch of my gradient.

• 4mm circular needles if using sock, at least 24”
• 4 stitch markers
• Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
