The original Ramble was written to showcase the tonal yarns of The Blue Brick. It has been revised to add matching gloves and showcase a DK weight gradient set.
Ramble is an easy, relaxing cabled slouch with a few little details to add texture and definition, paired with a simple pair of fingerless gloves for an easy fall accessory made to take full advantage of our new Muskoka DK gradient hat & glove kit. Sample shown in Copper Slate.
You will need:
- 1 Muskoka DK Hat & Glove Kit from The Blue Brick or approximately 400 yards of DK weight yarn.
- Hat: 3.5mm, and 4mm 16” circular needles, plus 4mm DPNs
- Gloves: 3.25 mm dpns or needles for magic loop
- Tapestry needle
- 4 stitch markers for gloves, 1 for hat.
Size:
- Hat: 18” circumference, unstretched. 9.5” tall.
- Gloves: Small, (Medium, Large) to fit lower forearm circumference of 8, (9.5, 11) inches
Gauge:
- 20 stitches = 4 inches
- on 4mm needles.
